We welcome all health professionals and students to join our program to create content. In order to address the health consequences of climate change, we need everyone on board. Once you sign up you will receive an email with specific instructions on next steps and instructions for authors.
As of July 2022 we have Problem Based Learning (PBL) cases and/or slide decks available in our resources tab. Materials for topics on Reproductive Health, Renal, Gastrointestinal, Trauma/MSK/General Surgery, Endocrine, and more are in development.
Every case and slide deck will list writers, faculty advisors, and reviewers who contributed, unless anonymity is requested.
All resources used to develop content are cited in AMA format.

Once you sign-up, the CRHE team members will assign you to a Problem Based Learning (PBL) case or slide deck writing team. This process can take a few weeks since it involves coordinating with both student and faculty schedules. Writing teams then create climate change related education materials over the course of several months. After the material is completed, CRHE team members review the material first for standardization and formatting and then for content and accuracy. Teams may be asked to revise the material at each of these steps. Due to busy schedules of our volunteer reviewers, this step can take a few months. The final educational content is then made available on the Climate Resources for Health Education website for all to use and share.
